All products are sold in 50 lb bags/sacos across 12 categories of sorted and graded used American brand shoes. Product availability is subject to change based on container arrivals and current stock levels. While we make every effort to accurately describe our product categories and grading standards, the nature of wholesale used footwear means that individual items within a bag may vary. Product images and descriptions are representative of the category, not guarantees of specific contents.
All prices are quoted per saco (50 lb bag) and are subject to change without prior notice based on market conditions and supply availability. Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. We accept payment methods as communicated during the sales process. All sales are final once payment is confirmed and goods are collected or shipped. Prices do not include transportation, duties, or taxes unless explicitly stated.
Orders are confirmed upon mutual agreement of category, volume, and pricing via WhatsApp or our contact form. Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the category and current inventory. We fulfill orders via direct warehouse pickup in Managua, Nicaragua, or through coordinated delivery arrangements. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, customs, or supply chain factors beyond our control.
Due to the nature of wholesale used footwear, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once goods have been collected from our warehouse or delivered. Buyers are encouraged to inspect their orders at the time of pickup. Any claims regarding product quality or shortages must be raised within 24 hours of collection, accompanied by photographic evidence. Resolution of valid claims is at DhandhaGrupo's sole discretion.
DhandhaGrupo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not responsible for losses resulting from delays in delivery, force majeure events, customs issues, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
